tiagocarvalho966

On September 12, the Faculty Club Leuven hosted the FLOW Stakeholders Seminar, a key event aimed at strengthening collaboration between FLOW project partners and industry leaders in renewable energy to co-create solutions addressing pressing industry needs. 💡🤝

The day began with an overview of major FLOW project advancements, including a high-level project presentation. Attendees were introduced to the FLOW Open Access Knowledge Hub, a vital resource for knowledge sharing across stakeholders, followed by an update on the development and validation of Numerical Engineering Models. This was complemented by insights into the ongoing Tools Integration Process, a key component that aims to streamline and unify the project's various technical tools, ensuring they are accessible and aligned with industry standards. 🔧💻

In the afternoon, stakeholders participated in a co-creation session, focusing on three central topics: optimizing data usage, aligning validation with industry standards, and exploring preferences for open-source software interaction. Industry representatives from companies as 3E, RWE, Parkwind, ENERCON, and Tractebel provided valuable feedback, helping FLOW refine its outputs to better serve industry demands.

The seminar concluded with a reflection session, synthesising the insights from the co-creation discussions. FLOW task leaders committed to using this feedback to refine the project’s deliverables, ensuring that future results are even more aligned with the needs and standards of the renewable energy sector.

The FLOW Stakeholders Seminar underscored the project’s commitment to co-creation, building solutions that are not only innovative but are tailored to address the real needs of renewable energy stakeholders. Through this collaborative approach, FLOW is setting a strong foundation for future advancements that will drive Europe’s sustainable energy transition. 🌍🔋✨
